This petition has been filed for seeking the following relief:
"Issue a direction to the court below to decide the original suit No. 583 fi 2013 (Rajeev Gupta vs. Sant Shree Asharam Ji and others) which is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri within spitulated time fix by this Hon'ble Court."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the ordersheet.
The suit was instituted in the year 2013. No ground has been made out as to why the suit should be heard on priority and in preference over other suits pending before the learned trial court at this stage.
The petition is dismissed.
