1. Status report dated 17.02.2024 with regard to the medical condition of the applicant has been received from the Medical Officer In-Charge, Central Jail No. 4, Tihar, New Delhi - 110064, wherein it has been recorded as under:
"At present inmate patient is a follow-up case of Hypertension, Type- 11 Diabetes Mellitus, CAD with post ICD implant in situ, DCMP with severe LV dysfunction with ejection fraction 25-30%, Hypothyroidism and Bipolar Disorder, for which he is receiving treatment from Doctor on duty/ Central Jail Hospital C]-03/ jail visiting psychiatry SR/ jail visiting Medicine SR/ department of Medicine from DDU Hospital/ department of Cardiology & Neurology Safdarjung Hospital. Inmate patient kept admitted at Ml room Cj-04 Dispensary on multiple times in recent past with persisting complaint of left chest pain with Ghabhrahat and palpitation and high blood glucose level with known case of Type-
