1. This Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner for extending the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.
2. Material on record indicates that this Court vide Order dated 19.05.2021 had directed the DIAC to appoint an Arbitrator and the first arbitral proceedings took place on 23.12.2022. Material on record indicates that the last of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator was extended mutually by the parties till 08.11.2024.
3. Issue notice.
4. On taking steps, let notice be issued to the Respondent through all permissible modes, including Dasti.
