Section 1 in The Gorakhpur Development Authority (Form of Register of Applications for Permission) Regulations, 1983
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Gorakhpur Development Authority (Form of Register of Applications for Permission) Regulations, 1983.(2)They shall be applicable to the Gorakhpur Development Area; and(3)They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Gazette.
