Section 6(5) in Maharashtra State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 1962
(5)Every appeal or application shall be accompanied by one certified copy of the award or order complained of and three uncertified copies thereof, with three copies of the memorandum of appeal or application. Such copies shall be tendered three sets in the form of paper books.
