Section 29(1)(b) in Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Act, 2008

(b)the colleges of Architecture and Fine Arts in the University area, which are affiliated to or recognized by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall be disaffiliated therefrom and shall be deemed to be affiliated to or recognized by the Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University under this Act and the provisions of this Act shall, as far as may, apply accordingly.
