At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the direction of the Tribunal in order dated 18.09.2019 in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed a speaking order on various dates. He further submits that the CP may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their grievances in accordance with law.3
In view of the aforesaid, CP is closed and notices issued to the respondents are discharged. However, petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate their grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
