72. Issue of duplicate Registration Certificate by the Marketing Board.
- The Marketing Board may issue a duplicate copy of the Registration Certificate on payment of a fee which shall be half of the fee fixed for registration but not less than Rs. 5/- (Rupees five only), if it is satisfied that original copy of the Registration Certificate issued has been lost or accidentally destroyed.
