3. 1. Mr. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is communication dated 21st July, 2017 whereby there has been demand of Rs.9,35,096/- from his client. He points out that the demand was stated to be raised under provisions of Drugs Prices Control Order, 1995 (DPCO) read with Essential Commodities Act, 1955. He submits further, the challenge relates to entry no.11 in assignment list of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Biswajit Mohanty.
2. The writ petition is released to be listed before the regular Bench.
