                                  ORDER

1. Grievance of the applicants is regarding illegal dairies operating in village Tikri Kalan in Delhi. It is submitted that Dairy waste (cow dung and grasses etc.) is dumped in drains resulting in chocking of drains and overflowing the wasted water on land causing serious problems of smell and health hazard to local residents of village Tikri Kalan, Delhi-110041.

2. Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations, it appears necessary to ascertain the factual position in the matter through a Joint Committee of the DPCC, Municipal Commissioner and District Magistrate- West Delhi. The DPCC will be the Nodal agency for coordination and compliance. The Joint Committee may meet within four weeks and undertake site visit and look into the grievance of the applicant. Factual and action taken report may be furnished within two months by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF. 1

List the matter for consideration on 17/05/2022. A copy of this order, along with a copy of the complaint, be forwarded to the DPCC, Municipal Commissioner and District Magistrate- West Delhi by e-mail for compliance.
