ORDER
The interim order has been already passed by this Court prohibiting the garnishee from making any payment to the 1st respondent.
However, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 8, 10 and 12 was present. The learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent submitted that they have paid the entire amount and no amount is due. His submission is recorded.

2. In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this application. It is well open for the applicant to withdraw the amount within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Till such time, the interim order already passed shall continue, thereafter, the same shall stand vacated.
3. With the above observations, this application is closed.
