1. As per office report notices were duly served. None has appeared for the respondents no. 2 and 3.
2. Learned Counsel for the respondents no. 1-GPCB has submitted that report has been filed by GPCB today morning but the same has not been placed on record.
3. The Registry is directed to verify this fact and accordingly place the report on record.
4. Mr. Sunil, Assistant Collector/SDM, Anjar has appeared on behalf of District Collector Kachchh and seeks four weeks time to file response on behalf of District Collector, Kachchh.
5. Response by the District Collector, Kachchh be filed within four weeks.

In the present case due to inadvertent mistake address of MoEF & CC, Regional Office for the State of Gujarat was wrongly mentioned as Kendriya Sadan, 4th Floor, E&F Wings, 17th Main Road, Koramangala II Block, Bangalore - 560034 instead of Integrated Regional Office, A Wing - 407 & 409, Aranya Bhawan, Near CH-3 Circle, Sector 10A, Gandhinagar
- 382010, email - [email protected], Mobile - 9952430695, which is ordered to be corrected accordingly. Notice be issued to MoEF & CC, Integrated Regional Office, Gandhinagar at the corrected address accordingly requiring it to file its response at least one week before the next date of hearing.
7. Responses by respondents no. 2 and 3 may also be filed, if so desired at least one week before the next date of hearing.
8. List on 29.01.2025 for further consideration.
