(4)The T-SWIFT Board will pursue the clearances with departments through the Nodal Officer. The Nodal Officer of the T-SWIFT Board will then obtain final approvals from the respective departments, if so required, before the commencement of commercial production. The approvals arranged through T-SWIFT Board shall be final and binding on the departments.Chapter - III Miscellaneous
