Section 11(1) in Maharashtra State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 1962
(1)Pending a decision on an appeal or application, the Tribunal, the President or member authorised in this behalf by the President may direct, the execution of any award or order against which the appeal or application is made to be stayed as may be deemed fit. A notice shall then be served on the respondent or opponent to show cause on a date specified therein why the interim order staying the execution should not be made absolute and the intimation thereof shall also be given to the appellant or applicant.
