Section 3(b) in The United Provinces Agricultural Tenants (Acquisition of Privileges) Rules, 1949
(b)Words and expressions not defined in the Act or these rules but used in the United Provinces Tenantcy Act, 1939 shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939.
