Section 14(1) in The U.P. Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhishthan Niyamavali, 1963
(1)The Chief Inspector shall be the authority empowered under sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the Act, by the State Government to approve the purposes on which recoveries of fines may be applied.
