Ms. Deepika Kumari, learned counsel (through V.C.) and Mr. Deepak Bhandari, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Rajat Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. and Mr. Atul Bahuguna, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand/respondents.
3. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought the indulgence of this Court by directing the respondents to consider petitioners' case for sending them in the training of Patwari/Lekhpal.
4. Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted 03 days' time to seek instruction in the matter regarding the training of Patwari/Lekhpal, which is going on, as per learned counsel for the petitioners, at Almora.
