Section 28 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
28. Uncontested elections.
- In any constituency, if there is only one candidate whose nomination has been accepted, or if there are as many candidates as there are seats to be filled in and their nominations have been accepted, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare him or them to be duly elected to fill in the seat or seats, as the case may be.
