1. Counsel for Decree Holder has handed over the order of the Supreme Court dated 13th December, 2021 in SLP (C) No. 20028/2021 wherein the order passed by this Court dated 28th October, 2021, was impugned. Mr. Arvind Nigam, Senior Counsel for the Decree Holder states that in terms of paragraph 8 (a) & (b) of the SLP, there is an ad interim stay of the order dated 28th October, 2021 and proceedings emanating therefrom.
