Order 13/02/2025
1. The present Misc Application has been filed seeking correction in order dated 09.01.2025, wherein, due to inadvertent typographical error in the operating para, 'Order 22 Rule 97 CPC' has been typed instead of 'Order 21 Rule 97 CPC'. It is, thus, prayed that rectification of the aforesaid error is essential.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed. 'Order 22 Rule 97 CPC' shall be read as 'Order 21 Rule 97 CPC'.
3. This order shall be read as part and parcel of the order dated 19.01.2025.
