Section 12 in The Shillong Electric Supply Undertaking (Acquisition) Act, 1977
12. Power of entry.
- Any employee of the Government or the Board authorised in this behalf by general or special order by the Government, or the special officer appointed under Section 9 may, at any time after giving the licensee reasonable notice, enter upon any land or premises in his possession and make any survey, examination or investigation preliminary or incidental to the purposes of this Act.
