praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the
respondents to take all steps to eradicate the species of prosopis juliflora from
the State of Tamil Nadu and form a committee of independent expert of
different fields to suggest effective measures and time bound action plan to
implement the plan to eradicate the species from the State of Tamil Nadu.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take all steps to eradicate the species of prosopis juliflora from the State of Tamil Nadu and form a committee of independent expert of different fields to suggest effective measures and time bound action plan to implement the plan to eradicate the species from the State of Tamil Nadu.
2. As series of orders have been passed by the Full Bench of this Court and the Government has also taken steps to eradicate the species of prosopis juliflora from the State of Tamil Nadu, the question of appointing a committee of independent experts does not arise at all.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
