Section 8(e) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(e)For the purpose of sub-Rule 7 (d) above the State Government shall, in consultation with Generation Company, Distribution Company, Transmission Company Trading Company and Holding Company and the Board, constitute and notify a Committee as the State Government may consider appropriate to :(i)receive representations from the Personnel in regard to their transfer and absorption in the Transferee, and(ii)make recommendation on such transfer and absorption, within such time as State Government may by notification specify for the purpose.
