70. Appeal against the decision of the Dispute Settlement Authority.
- Any person aggrieved by the decision of the State Marketing Officer, may, within a period of thirty days from the date of such decision, file an appeal to the Registrar accompanied by Court Fee stamp of rupees fifty and a copy of decision appealed against. The Registrar, after giving reasonable opportunity of being heard to all the concerned parties and after verifying the concerned record and documents, shall decide the appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt thereof and the decision given by the Registrar shall be final.Chapter - VII Regulation of Trading
