Section 81(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)On the day on which any such motion is made, or any subsequent day to which the discussion is postponed, the principle of the Bill and its general provisions may be discussed but the details of the Bill must no be discussed further than is necessary to explain its principle.
