Section 13(4) in The Orissa Forest Contract Rules, 1966
(4)Permit books as they become used, and on the completion or termination and on stoppage of extraction or work, of the contract all partially used books, will be submitted to the Range Officer, in charge of the Range in which the Contract area lies together with an abstract of the forest produce sold thereunder in such form as the Divisional Forest Officer may direct.
