Section 117(3) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(3)The Chief Executive Member shall, within such financial year, cause to be laid before the District Council a statement of expenditure incurred out of the grant of grants made under sub-rule (1), and the approval of the Council shall be obtained thereon.
