RE : CAN 3444/16 The stay application (CAN 3444/16) is treated as on the day's list and disposed of by the following order.
1. Service of notice of appeal is waived. The appellant's advocate on record is directed to prepare and file the requisite number of paper books in the department by 22nd June, 2018.
2. Atleast two copies of the paper book should be served on the Advocate on record for the respondents not later than seven days before the date of hearing of the appeal.
3. All other formalities regarding preparation of paper books are dispensed with.
