(1)To grant affiliation and accreditation to institutions teaching the Yoga Council or to withdraw such affiliation and accreditation after giving the authorities of institution an opportunity to show cause against the action proposed to be taken, and to call on the authority of any such institution or of an institution applying for affiliation and accreditation to furnish within such period as may be specified, such reports, returns or other information as the Council may require to judge the efficiency of the institution:Provided that such affiliation and accreditation will be granted or withdrawn by the Council with the consent of the State Government;
