1. Vide the present application, the petitioner, a Ground Handling Agency offering Ground Handling Services to Non Scheduled Operators at the Leh, Srinagar and Jammu Airport, seeks the following reliefs:

a. "Direct the Respondent No.2-AAI to recommend the Applicant for issuance of Aerodrome Entry Passes (AEPs), Airside Drivers Passes (ADPs) and Vehicle Passes (VPs); b. Direct the Respondent No. 3-BCAS to issue Aerodrome Entry Passes (AEPs), Airside Drivers Passes (ADPs) and Vehicle Passes (VPs) in favour of the Applicant.

c. Direct the Respondents to not interfere with the Applicant's existing GHS Agreement dated 20.06.2018 with Go Air or interfere with its implementation in any manner either directly or indirectly;"

At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and 3 points out that the order based on which, the petitioner has filed this application, has been already modified by the learned Principal District Judge on 23.08.2021 in an appeal preferred by M/s Go Air and therefore, contends that the present petition is not maintainable.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for, and is granted, one weeks' time to place on record a copy of the said order dated 23.08.2021.

4. List the application alongwith the main petition on 13.09.2021.
