Section 2(a) in Telangana (Transfer of pending cases of State of Telangana from the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal to High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad) Act, 2016
(a)"Case (S)" means and includes a Suit/Original Application/Review/contempt or other proceedings by whatever name called, in respect of the State of Telangana decided or pending in the Tribunal as on the date of this Act.
