Section 108(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 44 of the Act, any surplus amount of the Marketing Board Fund remaining with the Marketing Board after meeting expenditure shall be invested in the form of term deposits and Government Bonds.
