The following were present:
Complainant: Shri Ramesh Kumar Dubey participated in the hearing upon being
contacted on his telephone.
Respondent: Ms. Priti Srivastava, Accounts Programme Assistant participated in
the hearing upon being contacted on her telephone.
ORDER
Information sought:
The Complainant filed an RTI Application dated 30.04.2019 seeking information on the following two points:
1) "वष 2017-18 नेह युवा क चंदौल व वाराणसी (उ० ०) YCDP क मो नट रंग रपोट क मा णत त (भौ तक व वतीय नगरानी रपोट )
2) सकुलर सं या - NYKS/Prog. Corl. Programmes/2019/07 दनांक 10.04.2019 के अनुपालन म मो नट रंग रपोट एने सर 1, 2, 3 क मा णत त |"
Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, PIO/ Dy. Director, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Lucknow vide letter dated 14.05.2019, transferred RTI Application u/s 6(3) to PIO/District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Varanasi and endorsed a copy to the Complainant. Being dissatisfied, the Complainant filed a First Appeal Page 2 of 6 CIC/NYUKS/C/2019/144083 dated 17.06.2019, which has not been adjudicated by the First Appellate Authority as per available record.
Grounds for Complaint:
The Complainant filed a complaint u/s 18 of the RTI Act on the ground of non- receipt of information from the Respondent. Complainant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the information sought for.
Submissions made by Complainant and Respondent during Hearing:
The Complainant stated that he has received satisfactory information from the Respondent after receiving the hearing notice from the Commission.
A written submission has been received by the Commission from Smt. Rashi Mishra, CPIO and Asst. Director, Nehry Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh vide letter dated 06.08.2021, wherein she has apprised the Commission as under:Page 3 of 6

Upon perusal of the facts on record as well as on the basis of the proceedings during the hearing, the Commission observes that since the Complainant has Page 4 of 6 CIC/NYUKS/C/2019/144083 avowed that he has received satisfactory information from the Respondent, the Commission finds no further scope of intervention in the instant matter. With the above observations, the instant Complaint is disposed of. Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
The Complaint, hereby, stands disposed of.
