1. We have heard Mr. Paresh Dave, the learned counsel appearing for the writ applicants and Mr. Devang Vyas, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents on caveat.

2. We take notice of the fact that many petitions on the very same subject matter have been filed and notices have been issued in those writ applications.

3. Let notice be issued in the present writ application also, returnable on 25.02.2021. Mr. Dave, shall ensure that one set of the entire paper book is sent to the office of Mr. Devang Vyas, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India at the earliest to enable him to take appropriate instructions in the matter and file appropriate reply in at least one matter. Till the returnable date, let there be an interim order in terms of par-13(C).

4. It will be in the fitness of thing that if all the writ applications on the subject matter involved in the present writ application are notified on 25.02.2021. We request Mr. Dave to furnish list of all the writ applications on the subject matter so that we can ask the Registry to notify all those matters. One copy of list shall also be furnished to Mr. Devang Vyas, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India at the earliest.

5. Post this matter along with other matters on 25.02.2021.
