Section 9(ii) in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensee's Power to Recover Expenditure incurred in providing supply and other Miscellaneous Charges) Regulations, 2005
(ii)The licensee may make an application to the Commission and seek suitable orders to remove any difficulties that may arise in implementation of these regulations.
