(iv)Agency or Government Agency: Includes Public Sector Undertakings such as a Board or Corporation, Urban & Rural Local Body, University, Commission, Authority, Society constituted by Government of Punjab, Trust, Institution or Organization, Apex Cooperative Institution under the Government of Punjab and any other State Government Body etc.
