OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
pleased to direct the production of the petitioner No.2 before the
Family Court, Alappuzha on 18/10/2022 to hand over the custody to the
petitioner No.1 and communicate the order to the respondent by
appointing a special messenger, pending disposal of this Original
Petition.
This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's
order dated 19/10/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
