Section 56(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The deposit made under rule 19, shall either be returned to the person making it or to his legal heir or be forfeited in favour of the Marketing Board in accordance with the provisions of this rule.
