Section 140(3) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(3)No person shall vote at an election in more than one constituency, and if a person votes in more than one constituency his vote in old of such constituencies shall be void.
