Education Act to manage and administer the affairs of the 5th respondent College and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to redress the grievances of the petitioners with regard to payment of their salary arrears under revised pay scales as well as under various heads as stated in Annexure-l to this writ petition. AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Motupalli Vijaya Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
