Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for setting up Agro-Processing and Agri-Business Enterprises) Rules, 2011
(1)Agro processing and agri-business enterprises shall be set-up within a period of two years on the land allotted for the purpose unless the period of two years is extended for such period as the Government deems fit.
