Section 14(1) in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
(1)A passenger may carry with him in the transport vehicle without payment of any carriage charges a suitcase, trunk or bedding or bed-roll and such other articles as may be prescribed and up to such weight as may be prescribed.
