This criminal petition is filed under Section 439(2) of
Cr.P.C. praying to cancel the order of bail granted to the
respondent/accused under Order dated 2.2.2012 by the
JMFC, Ankola in C.C.No.454/11 in so far as it relates to the
respondent/accused herein, who has been arrayed as
accused No.3A also representing accused No.3.
This petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court
made the following :

Learned SPP appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petition may be disposed of, as it has become infructuous.
