Section 30 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
30. Power to impose condition.
- The Sikkim Transport may impose conditions, not inconsistent with this Act or any rule made thereunder, with respect to the receiving, accepting, booking, loading, forwarding, carrying or delivery of any goods.
