12. Review and Revision by the Government.
- The State Government may, of its on motion, call for, and examine the records of any order passed under the provisions of this Order by any authority subordinate to the State Government and may give such directions with reference thereto as the State Government may deem fit, provided that no direction to the disadvantage of any party shall be given under this paragraph unless the party has been accorded and opportunity of making a representation which it may make against such order.
