Section 13(b) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(b)The State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, amend this Scheme and make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulties arising in implementing the transfer under this Scheme.
