(2)(a)The Academic Council shall meet at least two times in a calendar year.(b)The President shall fix the time, date and venue of the meeting.(c)The President may, at any time, direct the Member-Secretary to convene an additional meeting.(d)In absence of the President, a member of the Academic Council nominated by the President shall preside over the meeting.
