1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of marriage of his niece to be performed on 3rd March, 2019 followed by the reception on 5th March, 2019.

2. On a notice being issued, a status report has been handed over as per which the factum of marriage of the petitioner's niece scheduled on 3 rd march, 2019 has been verified. It is further stated that the medical documents of the petitioner regarding suffering a paralysis attack on 30th December, 2017 could not be verified.

3. As per the nominal roll handed over, the petitioner has surrendered to custody on 15th January, 2019 and during the course of trial he was in W.P.(CRL) 607/2019 page 1 of 2 custody for a period of nearly two months. Along with the nominal roll, the latest medical report of the petitioner has also been sent to this Court.

4. Considering the medical report of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

5. Petition is disposed of.
