Ltd. Vs. Commissioner, of Income Tax (Tds.) Jaipur), with an interim protection on 29th March, 2019.

Issue notice on writ as well as stay application, returnable within four weeks.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would deposit process fee and take out notice for service on respondents.
Steps be taken within a week.
In the meanwhile and till the next date, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive action against the petitioners.
