Section 37(2) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(2)The Chairman shall cause a notice of the appointed date, hour and time for such meeting signed by the Secretary of the District Council to be served on each member of the Council at least 30 day before the date fixed for the meeting.
